Shipping is really slow. Was told it shipped out & it actually didn’t. It said pre-shipment & stayed that way for almost a week.

I am so impressed by the quality of the product and the professionalism/generosity of the shop. I completely forgot to order my daughter’s first day of preschool shirt and messaged DLBS and asked if it was at all possible for me to get the shirt and bow in time and they made it happen in a week and a half! I also loved the nice touch of the email from Melanie thanking me for my purchase-you don’t get that much anymore! 😁 I have used DLBS for my daughters first day shirt both last year and this year and love it and get so many compliments!!

So I ordered this shirt and another outfit for my daughter from this company 3 WEEKS ago and it has yet to arrive! My kids started school today and had no outfits for their first day of school which was the whole purpose why I ordered these outfits. I have emailed this company several times and NO response whatsoever! I tracked the package and it has been sitting in the same place since August 1st! I am so very disappointed!!!!! I will NOT be ordering anything else from here!!!
