This 5-6” bow is made with 1.5" ribbon

Cute from afar, but overall not impressed for an $18 bow. The stitching is looped on the top of the bow, the white bobbin thread shows through the black top thread, and the threads weren’t even trimmed on the back. I didn’t receive shipping information for my order until I asked after almost 4 weeks of waiting. I understood with back to school that it could take a little longer than the 2 weeks stated, but communication would’ve been nice. I ordered with an alligator clip and got a “flat metal blank” according to Amazon. Will not order again.

The threads visible on the reverse side of the embroidered ribbon are a normal part of the embroidery process and are concealed when the bow is worn. Your bow was also made with the alligator clip selected when your order was placed. We would have been happy to address any concerns had you contacted us after receiving your order.
